FIX: The Session Integrator Server service in a Host Integration Server 2010 environment may experience high CPU usage when it uses TN3270 connections

SYMPTOMS
You use the Session Integrator Server service (Siserver.exe) in a Microsoft Host Integration Server 2010 environment. The Siserver.exe service may experience intermittent periods of high CPU usage when it connects to IBM mainframe applications by using TN3270 connections.

The high CPU usage spike generally ends without intervention. However, it may last for several minutes.
CAUSE
The Session Integrator Server service enters a tight loop when it issues Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) receive commands that complete with zero bytes of data. This seems to occur in rare cases when the underlying TN3270 connection is being closed.
