You apply one of the following updates in a Microsoft Lync Server 2010 environment:
The cumulative update for Lync Server 2010 that is released in July 2011.
The hotfix that is mentioned in Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article 2630296.
You try to configure the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) listening port properties for a Registrar in Lync Server Management Shell by running the following command: Set-CsRegistrar -Identity "Registrar:Lync Pool FQDN" -SipServerTcpPort port number
In this scenario, the command cannot run. Additionally, you receive the following error message:

To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:

To work around this issue, temporarily uninstall the update that is mentioned in KB article 2571545, run this command, and then reinstall the update that is mentioned in KB article 2571545.
