Assume that users hold a conference that contains lots of participants in a Microsoft Lync Server 2010 environment. Note The time stamp, Ntdll.dll version number, process id, and application start time in the description of the error message are based on the environment.
This issue occurs because the Archiving agent on the server tries to collect the information of each user who is in the instant message (IM) Delivery Notification report.
To resolve this issue, install the following update:
