This article describes how to obtain the Microsoft Script Debugger tool.
The Microsoft Script Debugger tool specifically designed to debug Visual Basic Scripting Edition (VBScript) code. It is installed by a variety of programs, including Microsoft Office 2000, and can be downloaded from the Microsoft Web site.
The Script Debugger tool is available in following two versions
Version 1.0 is included with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0. Use this version if you are using a Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 98-based computer.
Version 1.0a is included with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0. Use this version if you are using a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 or Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer.

To use the Script Debugger tool, add the following components when you add or remove features in your Office or Outlook 2000 installation:
The Office 2000 Web Scripting component, found under the Office Tools, HTML Source Editing group.
The Visual Basic Scripting Support component, found under the Outlook group.
