On-Screen Keyboard Slash Key Mapping Does Not Work with Non-U.S. Keyboard Layout

When you are using the On-Screen Keyboard tool with a non-U.S. keyboard layout (such as French), clicking the slash (/) character on the numeric keypad may generate an exclamation point (!).
