This article describes the issue that is fixed in the Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 hotfix package that is dated August 28, 2012.
Issue that this hotfix package fixes
When you import a holiday file into the Outlook 2007 calendar, holidays that are scheduled to occur in 2013 or later are not displayed in the calendar.
Note This update includes an updated holiday file. Before you apply this update, you should delete any holidays that you previously imported. Otherwise, the calendar will display some duplicated holidays. To delete the existing holidays, follow the steps in the following Microsoft website:

You must have 2007 Microsoft Office suite Service Pack 2 or 2007 Microsoft Office suite Service Pack 3 installed to apply this hotfix package. You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.

The dates and the times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) in the following table. When you view the file information, the date is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
