When you execute a static package that has a bad or nonexistent token in a Microsoft Host Integration Server 2010 environment, a rebind of the MSCS001 package occurs.
For example, when you execute a static package that has a bad token, the operation fails with error SqlCode -805 as expected. However, after error -805 occurs, the system starts a "begin bind" request for the MSCS001 package and executes the static query again, and then the operation fails again with an error message that resembles the following:
