Meeting invitations from people outside your organization in Office 365 are displayed as email messages on a BlackBerry smartphone

PROBLEM
When you receive a meeting invitation that's sent from a person who is outside your organization in Office 365, the invitation is displayed as a regular email message on a BlackBerry smartphone. In this situation, you can't accept the meeting invitation.
SOLUTION
This issue occurs if automatic processing of invitations from external senders is disabled in Office 365. To fix this issue, turn on the Automatically process requests and responses from external senders setting. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to the Office 365 portal (https://portal.office.com), and then click Outlook to open Outlook Web App.
  2. In Office 365, click Settings ( A screen shot of the Settings icon), and then click Options.
  3. Click Settings, and then click Calendar.
  4. Under Automatic Processing, click to select the Automatically process requests and responses from external senders check box.
  5. Click Save.
