Consider the following scenario:
In this scenario, you may intermittently receive an HTTP 500 error message or the following error message:
The page cannot be displayed.
This issue occurs because of a failure by the HTML content parser in Forefront UAG 2010 to parse certain content.
To resolve this problem, install the service pack that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
