FIX: Failfasts in Jit.cpp When Microsoft VM Uses IEnterActivityWithNoLock

Under load, failfasts may occur in the Jit.cpp file when the Microsoft virtual machine (Microsoft VM) uses the IEnterActivityWithNoLock interface. In addition, the following error message may appear in the event log:
