BUG #: 202850 (SHILOH)
The "Maximum Capacity Specifications" section of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Books Online incorrectly states that 1,024 parameters are allowed per procedure. The Transact-SQL CREATE PROCEDURE topic correctly states that 2,100 parameters are allowed.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server 2000.
