Hotfix from Q259545 causes "Stop error code 0x0000000A" error message in Disk.sys file

After two or more Fibre Channel adapters are installed but only one is connected to a single set of disks, no problems occur. However, after another set of disks is attached to the second adapter, you may receive Stop 0xA error message with the following parameters:

This error also occurs if any of the following devices from SCM are connected to the system:
1. Sandisk USB CF reader
2. Microtech USB Cameramate 3. Microtech ZIO-MMC (Multimedia card) reader 4. Zio-SD (Secure Digital) reader 5. USB-Smartmedia reader
