A user's archive mailbox is disconnected incorrectly from the primary mailbox in Microsoft Office 365 dedicated.
This issue occurs if the provisioning extension attribute is inappropriately changed on an account.
A disconnected personal archive is retained in the mailbox database for a 30-day period. A 30-day period is the default retention policy period of deleted items.
During this time, you can alter the appropriate value to the user's extension attribute to recover and reconnect the personal archive and the original contents. If this method does not work as expected, contact Microsoft Online Services Support by online submission or by telephone to resolve this issue.
