"Your account has been disabled" error message when you try to sign in to Outlook Web App in Office 365 dedicated

When you try to sign in to Microsoft Outlook Web App (OWA) in Microsoft Office 365 dedicated, you may receive the following error message:
Your account has been disabled
Additionally, if you click Show Details in the dialog box, you see stack trace results that resemble the following:
User host address:
User: John Smith
EX Address: /o=mms/ou=exchange administrative group (fydibohf23spdlt)/cn=recipients/cn=John Smith
SMTP Address:
OWA version: 14.2.318.3
Exception type: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.AccountDisabledException
Exception message: Cannot open mailbox /o=mms/ou=exchange administrative group (fydibohf23spdlt)/cn=recipients/cn=John Smith.
This issue occurs if there is a delayed synchronization between Active Directory Domain Services and the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service. Such a delayed synchronization may occur when a disconnected mailbox was recently reconnected.
Generally, replication between Active Directory and the Information Store occurs hourly. However, in large environments or in environments under very heavy load, the time between replications may be significantly increased.

If you experience any of the following conditions, contact the Office 365 Support Team to create a Service Request so that the replication between Active Directory and the Information Store can be forced for the affected mailbox database.
  • You receive this error message consistently for more than two hours.
  • You want to make the mailbox immediately available.
