The BlackBerry Enterprise Server console is not available
When you try to access the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) console, you experience one of the following issues:
- The BES console is not available.
- You receive a time-out error.
This issue may occur because of a service problem if no user can access the BES console.
To resolve this issue, escalate the case to Microsoft Online Support Services for additional investigation, and collect the following information to help scope the investigation:
- Error messages that are received when you try to access the BES console
- Users who are affected
- Details about the time when the issue started
