A BlackBerry device cannot access a website on an intranet or on the Internet

When you try to use a BlackBerry device to access a website on an intranet or on the Internet, the device cannot access the website.
This issue occurs if a problem exists on the mobile phone carrier's browser. 
The Hosted BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) offering provides only the option to access a website by using the carrier's browser. None of this traffic follows the Microsoft Hosted BES infrastructure. If you experience issues that affect your ability to access a website, you should escalate those issues through the carrier.
