FIX: "Internal error" when you run an MDX query after you run an UPDATE CUBE statement in SSAS 2012 or SSAS 2008 R2

Symptoms
Assume that you run a Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) query after you run an UPDATE CUBE statement in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services (SSAS 2012) or Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Analysis Services (SSAS 2008 R2). In this situation, you may receive the following error message:
Internal error: An unexpected error occurred (file 'mdcell.cpp', line 3537, function
'MDBaseSubcube::DecodeRelAttr').

Note The issue only occurs when you have SSAS 2012 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or a later version of SSAS installed.
