After users make or receive calls on a device that is running Microsoft Lync for Mac 2011 in a Microsoft Lync Server 2010 organization, the call information is not displayed in the Media Quality Diagnostic Reports.
This issue occurs because the Quality of Experience (QoE) report that Lync for Mac 2011 generates does not pass the schema validation process.
To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
