Some Mouse and Keyboard Center features may not work on Windows 8-based computers that have Broadcom Bluetooth Software installed
Consider the following scenario:
- You have a Windows 8-based computer that supports Bluetooth 4.0.
- Broadcom Bluetooth Software is installed on the computer.
Note To verify this, view the "Uninstall or change a program" list in Control Panel. The publisher for the Bluetooth software is listed as Broadcom.
- You install Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center.
To resolve this issue, install the latest Bluetooth software from your computer manufacturer's support website.
This issue does not occur when Broadcom Bluetooth Software version 220.127.116.1100 or a later version is installed.
