When you run the System Center Cloud Services Process Pack installer, the installer may fail. When this occurs, the following exception is logged in the SCCloudServicesSetupWizard.log file:

This issue occurs for one of the following reasons:
There is already a folder whose name begins with "SM-CloudServices."
There is already a folder that has the following ID assigned to it:
To resolve this issue, delete the folder that is mentioned in the "Cause" section from the UI. Or, rename the folder that is mentioned in the "Cause" section in the database.
To rename this folder in the database, run the following query:
UPDATE [FOLDERS] set name = '1SM-CloudServices' Where Name = 'SM-CloudServices'
