Visio2000: Inconsistent Results with Drag and Drop in the Directory Navigator

When you create a new drawing by using the Active Directory template, select an element in the Directory Navigator tree control, and drag the element to a new position in the tree, the element that you selected is not the one that moves.
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
