File Larger Than 64,512 KB Does Not Transfer Using FTP from Run Command on Start Menu

When you use the Run command from the Start menu to perform a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) PUT operation for a file larger than 64,512 kilobytes (KB), the transfer does not take place and the process stops responding.
