Symptoms
After you install Microsoft Outlook from a share, your installation may not contain the Outlook Address Book.
Cause
This behavior occurs because the customized transform that is used when you install Outlook does not include the Outlook Address Book functionality.
Workaround
To work around this behavior, ask your administrator to use Outlook's Custom Installation Wizard to create a transform that includes the Outlook Address Book functionality, and then use that transform to reinstall Outlook.
