You install a deployment agent on a computer that's running Windows Vista.
The deployment agent is configured to use a Service account that is not a local administrator.
The deployment agent is in a ready state, and you try to run a simple deployment. For example, you try to run a deployment by using the Create Folder action.
In this scenario, the deployment fails. Additionally, you receive an error message that resembles the following:
Could not find the file or assembly System.Management.Automation
This issue occurs because to use the Tools and Actions component, you must have Windows PowerShell installed on the computer that's running the Microsoft deployment agent.
Note By default, Windows PowerShell is not installed in Windows Vista.
