"The items could not be copied" error when you search a mailbox in Office 365 dedicated
When you try to search a mailbox in Microsoft Office 365 dedicated, you receive the following error messages.
- In Microsoft Exchange Control Panel, the error message resembles the following:SEARCH PARTIALLY SUCCEEDED
The items could not be copied.
- In Windows Remote PowerShell, the error message resembles the following:The items could not be copied.
This issue occurs if a corrupted or malformed item is encountered in the mailbox.
