·         Have Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) status by employing or contracting with an individual who has passed any one of the Device Selling or MCP exams listed under the Silver or GoldRequirements section of the Microsoft Partner Network OEM Competency site.

Furthermore, Tier 1 and Tier 2 Resellers should:

1.      Be registered on the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) by September 30 for FYH1, and by March 31 for FYH2.

2.      Based on market, meet one of the six-month purchase requirements of eligible OEM software licenses purchased from authorized OEM Distributors and OEM Channel Distributors from January 1–June 30 for FYH1, and July 31–December 31 for FYH2.

Windows Device Incentives Eligibility Criteria

If you are not listed on CHIP for this current period or not loaded as a Tier 2 partner, these may be the reasons:
  • You did not meet the six-month purchase requirements as displayed on the current flyer. Please contact your PSE if known.
  • You do not have an active MPN or your MPN has expired. Please login to MPN and create a new MPN or renew your expired MPN and provide this information to oemincentives@microsoft.com no later than March 31 for the H2 period or September 30 for the H1 period.
  • You did not associate the technical requirements by the required deadline. March 31 is the dead line for the H2 period and September 30 is the deadline for H1 period. If it is the beginning of the period, please note that all Partner will begin loading on January 15 for H2 period and July 15 for H1 period.
For additional information, you may check the Channel Incentive Resources and current program flyers.
