FIX: Poor performance on I/O when you execute select into temporary table operation in SQL Server 2012

Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server 2012. When you perform select into temporary table operation, poor performance on I/O occurs in the system database tempdb.
The issue occurs because a select into temporary table operation causes eager write.
The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update of SQL Server.
