The Windows 2000 Terminal Services client computer is not updated when you install Windows 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
This issue occurs because Service Pack Installer (Update.exe) only updates the Terminal Services client if it is present at its default location, which is Program Files\Terminal Services Client.
