What Type of Support is Available to Partners
This article describes the different options to get support from Microsoft within the Partner Incentive Experience.
To avail of support in the Partner Incentive Experience, you can use the Help tab for self-help troubleshooting. If the answer is not available in the Help tab, you can use the Submit a Ticket button to open a support query with Microsoft support or start a Live Chat to engage with Microsoft Support in real time in English.
In the event that Microsoft support cannot resolve your issue during the chat session, a new support ticket will be created automatically. The Live Chat button will not be functional (i.e. greyed out) if agents are unavailable to provide support.
You can enter tickets in any of the languages the tool has been translated and a ticket can be raised at any time. Please note that Microsoft Support aims to resolve tickets opened either via Live Chat or Submit a Ticket within 3 business days.
To contact the Microsoft Support from the Partner Incentive Experience, please follow the steps listed below:
- Log into the Partner Incentive Experience with your Microsoft account.
- Click on Support.
- Click on any of the following buttons to get support:
- Submit a ticket
- Chat agent online
