Applications lose local data when you deploy non-English Windows RT 8.1 or Windows 8.1 by using Configuration Manager

This article describes an issue that occurs when you deploy a non-English version of Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, or Windows Server 2012 R2 by using Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager. After System Center Configuration Manager performs the system preparation (Sysprep.exe) process, the applications lose localization data. The hotfix has a prerequisite.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the hotfix that is described in this article. 

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
