Update adds the ability to disable the PowerPoint presentation feature in Lync 2013

This update hides the Microsoft PowerPoint icon in Microsoft Lync 2013 when the AllowOfficeContent policy is set to false.

Note The default setting of the AllowOfficeContent policy is true.
