Symptoms

Assume that you use .NET Data Provider for Teradata to access Teradata in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Integration Services (SSIS 2012) or SQL Server 2014 Integration Services (SSIS 2014). When you try to execute a SQL task in which the IsQueryStoredProcedure attribute is set to True in an SSIS package, you may receive the following error message:

[Execute SQL Task] Error: Executing the query "call XXXX;" failed with the following error: "[Teradata Database] [5497] CALL cannot be submitted in multi-statement request.". Possible failure reasons: Problems with the query, "ResultSet" property not set correctly, parameters not set correctly, or connection not established correctly.
