FIX: Abbreviations for million, billion, and others are translated incorrectly in Swedish or Italian Power View report

Consider the following scenario:
  • You use Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services (SSRS 2012) or SSRS 2014 in SharePoint 2013 integrated mode.
  • You install certain language pack, such as Swedish or Italian, for SharePoint 2013.
  • You configure the SharePoint site collection to Swedish language.
  • You open a Power View report that contains unit abbreviations, such as "M" for million.
In this scenario, the label for the display unit may show an incorrect value.
