If you open the Recycle Bin and try to type in the Address bar, the address reverts back to Recycle Bin, and this prevents you from opening or viewing other folders from the Recycle Bin. For example, whatever you type in the Address bar is rapidly and automatically changed to "recycle bin."
To view or open folders, use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer instead of the Recycle Bin.
This behavior is by design.
