FIX: SSRS pages contain unlabeled check boxes in the detailed view

Some check boxes are unlabeled in the Details View of Report Manager in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services (SSRS 2012) or SSRS 2014. This would cause assistive Reading technologies not to be clear when you read off the content.

This would fall under 1194.22(a) in Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT). The 1194.22(a) criteria of VPAT resembles the following:
  • 1194.22(a): A text equivalent for every non-text element shall be provided (for example, via "alt", "longdesc", or in element content).
The feature improvement was introduced in the following cumulative update of SQL Server.
