This article contains information that applies when you use the OneDrive for Business sync client (groove.exe).

The OneDrive for Business (SPOneDriveForBusiness) Diagnostic detects certain problematic conditions and collects information to troubleshoot Microsoft OneDrive for Business issues. This diagnostic supports both OneDrive for Business 2013 and OneDrive for Business 2015.

Required permissions

The rules in the diagnostic package use the local administrator account of the client computer.

Manifest results

The following table lists the files that are collected when you run SPOneDriveForBusiness, and it describes the information that each file contains.
