With Windows 2000, you can have separate printer properties for the local computer and the client computers. This article describes where to set these properties for all connecting clients and how to set properties local to the server.
In the Printer Properties dialog box, click the General tab.
Click the Printing Defaults button.
Click the Advanced Setting button.
Changes to these properties will be reflected on the local computer.
To set these properties on a printer served by a print spooler resource of the Cluster service, connect to the printer through the network name for the spooler. Make the necessary changes to document settings through this connection.
