MS15-081: Description of the security update for Visio 2013: August 11, 2015

Summary
This security update resolves vulnerabilities in Microsoft Office that could allow remote code execution if a user opens a specially crafted Microsoft Office file. To learn more about these vulnerabilities, see Microsoft Security Bulletin MS15-081.

Note To apply this security update, you must have the release version of Service Pack 1 for Visio 2013 installed on the computer.

For a complete list of affected versions of Microsoft Office software, see KB3080790.

Improvements and fixes

This update also contains fixes for the following nonsecurity issue:
When you try to insert a specific function such as the DOCLASTSAVE() function to the User-defined Cells section for a drawing in Visio 2013, you receive an error message that resembles the following:
An error (326) occurred during the action Set Formula or Name.
Failed to update subscriptions.
This issue occurs if all pages in the drawing are not loaded, and you have the February 10, 2015 update for Visio 2013 (KB2920800) installed.
