Issues that this hotfix rollup resolves

Issue 1

Symptoms
Assume that you use a Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) application that has touch/stylus input. When the Windows is activated, you click a button. However, the button is not successfully clicked. If you are a developer, you cannot see the click event that should be raised for the button. If you are a general user, you cannot see the click action graphics, and no action that is associated with the button occurs.

Cause
This issue occurs because of a synchronization issue with the mouse and touch stack. The initial activation of the Window was not generating a correct hit test to the button. Therefore, WPF would not promote the touch to a click.

Issue 2

Assume that you are running a Windows Forms application. When the application disposes a System.Windows.Forms.MonthCalendar control in certain cases, the following InvalidOperationException exception will be thrown:
Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object.
