When you try to start Microsoft Outlook 2013, you receive the following error messages, and Outlook does not start:
Your Outlook data file cannot be configured. <path of .ost file>
Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened.
This issue occurs because following registry data is configured on the computer:

Important Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.
Start Registry Editor. To do this, use one of the following procedures, as appropriate for your version of Windows:
