FIX: You cannot parse a string by using JavaScript in Windows Embedded CE 6.0

Symptoms

When you pass a valid HTML string to InnerHTML property through a JavaScript on Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based devices, the rendering operation fails. For example:

When you use document.getElementById("divPickedOrders").innerHTML = fails in a JavaScript file, it does not work; after you clear the cache and use document.getElementById("divPickedOrders").innerHTML = works instead, it works.

The expected result is both document.getElementById("divPickedOrders").innerHTML = fails and document.getElementById("divPickedOrders").innerHTML = works work fine.
