Cause
Registrants won't continue down the positive path of a "User Registered" trigger in a campaign automation workflow unless they enter the First Name, Last Name, Company, and Email Address values exactly as they appear in the corresponding Marketing Contact record within Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.
Resolution
Microsoft Dynamics Marketing customers should make sure that their Marketing Contacts contain the correct information in these four fields, and registrants should be encouraged to enter their contact details correctly.
