When you post a message to a moderated Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP), your message may be rejected.
This behavior can occur because when Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) posts messages to the Moderated folder, the folder sends a synchronization command to NNTP, which should not occur in a moderated newsgroup.
