FIX: "No such interface supported" error when you click a parameter drop-down list in an SSRS or CRM report

Assume that you open a Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services (SSRS 2012) report, SQL Server 2014 Reporting Services (SSRS 2014) report, or a Microsoft Dynamics CRM report that's loaded by using an IFRAME element. If the report contains a parameter drop-down list and you click the list, you receive the following error message:

Error : No such interface supported
