"No results found" when you search for a contact in Lync for Mac 2011 when you have Kerberos authentication enabled
This issue occurs when you select the Use Kerberos advanced setting option to sign in to Microsoft Lync for Mac 2011. When this issue occurs, you keep being prompted for credentials when you sign in to the client. Additionally, after you click Cancel at the multiple credential dialog box and search for a contact in the client, the search does not work, and you receive the following message:
Note If you enter correct credentials in the dialog box, the search works as expected.
No results found.
To fix this issue, install the update for Lync for Mac 2011 14.2.1.
