Instant messages do not appear in the Skype for Business for Crestron RL, Polycom CX8000, and SMART Room System console

Symptoms
After you install the November 2015 cumulative update for Skype for Business, you join a meeting on the Skype for Business for Crestron RL, Polycom CX8000, and SMART Room System device (KB 3108096). A remote participant then begins an instant message exchange. If a series of messages is sent by the same participant within about one minute, only the first message is displayed.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install Skype for Business January 2016 cumulative update for Crestron RL, Polycom CX8000, and SMART Room System.
Workaround
To work around this problem, the remote participant should wait for about one minute before sending the next message.
