Users can’t access their mailbox because of an incorrect proxy address in O365 dedicated/ITAR

In Microsoft Office 365 dedicated/ITAR, users can’t access their mailbox.
This issue occurs because the users have an invalid proxy address in the list of their email addresses.

For all other cases, remove the offending or incorrect proxy address, and then wait for a sync cycle to occur to replicate to the managed environment. Refer to "6.1.15 ProxyAddresses Attribute Flow Rule section in the MMSSPP Identity Synchronization Handbook.
