"HTTP 400" error when you open a forwarded link in Outlook Web App in Exchange Server 2010 SP3

Consider the following scenario:
  • You're in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3 (SP3) environment that has Update Rollup 12 installed.
  • User A sends an email message that contains a link to user B.
  • User B forwards the message to you.
When you try to open the link, you're directed to the UrlBlockedError.aspx page.
To fix this issue, install Update Rollup 13 for Exchange Server 2010.
