Skype for Business or Lync client doesn't integrate with mailbox after move to Office 365 Dedicated/ITAR (vNext)

After you move to Microsoft Office 365 Dedicated/ITAR (vNext), the Skype for Business or Lync client doesn’t successfully integrate with Exchange. Meetings aren’t listed in Skype for Business or Lync, and presence isn’t updated based on the calendar.
This issue may occur if you don't have the most recent version of the Sign-In Assistant and Skype for Business or Lync client installed.
The Lync 2010, Lync 2013, and the Skype for Business clients all support integration with mailboxes in vNext. The most recent version of the client and the Sign-In Assistant must be installed for full functionality.

If the problems aren’t resolved after you install the most recent version of these tools, enable client logging and escalate the issue to Microsoft. You may be requested to reproduce the behavior after Sign-In Assistant tracing is enabled.
