Usage location is displayed incorrectly in the Admin portal in Office 365 Dedicated/ITAR (vNext)

In Microsoft Office 365 Dedicated/ITAR (vNext), a user’s usage location in the Admin portal is displayed incorrectly.
The usage location might be set incorrectly in remote PowerShell because a lowercase value was used.
When you set the UsageLocation value, you must use uppercase values. You must also meet the other requirements that are described in Assign licenses to user accounts with Office 365 PowerShell.

You can assign licenses only to user accounts that have the UsageLocation property set to a valid ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code. For example: US for the United States and FR for France.
